Anavar (Oxandrolone) was originally created by Doctor Raphael Pappo under the trademark Oxandrin, which works in Searle laboratories. He created Anavar in 1964 to cure many diseases with muscle loss. At this point, anabolic steroids are virtually unheard of on the market and have been among the founders of the first few oral steroids to make their mark on the bodybuilding scene. Later, Searle was purchased by Pfizer and production of anavar was discontinued.
